Before you can run any ads, you need a Facebook Page for your influencer or brand.
Go to facebook.com and log into your personal account.
On the left menu, click Pages.
Click Create New Page.
Fill in:
Page Name (your brand or influencer name)
Category (e.g. “Education,” “Digital Creator,” “Marketing”)
Description (1–2 sentences about what you do)
Click Create Page.
Add:
Profile picture (your logo or influencer)
Cover photo (something clean & on-brand)
Now you have a “home base” for your ads.
Go to business.facebook.com.
Click Create an account (if you don’t have one).
Name your business (can be your brand name).
Connect your Facebook Page to this Business account.
Inside Business Manager, go to Ad Accounts → Create Ad Account:
Name it
Choose your correct time zone and currency
Add a payment method so your ads can actually run.
You want your leads to go somewhere automatically, not just sit in Facebook.
You have two options:
Inside Meta Business Suite:
Go to All Tools → Instant Forms / Leads or Leads Center.
Look for CRM integrations or Download leads → you’ll see an option to “Connect” a CRM if yours is supported.
This is what you described.
Simple explanation:
Facebook sends the lead
LeadsBridge catches it
LeadsBridge sends it into your CRM (like GoHighLevel)
You’ll cover the exact click-by-click inside your course, but for this lesson we want them to understand:
Goal: Every new Facebook lead goes into a CRM automatically
So you can trigger:
Welcome SMS
Email sequence
Sales pipeline steps
Go to Meta Ads Manager (business.facebook.com/adsmanager).
Click the green Create button.
Choose Lead as your campaign objective.
Name your campaign (e.g. “AI Influencer – Lead Campaign”).
Click Continue.
Inside the Campaign level:
Leave Buying Type as “Auction”.
Make sure Objective is “Leads”.
You can leave A/B Testing and Campaign Budget Optimization off for now (keep it simple).
Click Next.
Now you’re inside the Ad Set level.
Lead Method:
Choose Instant Forms (this keeps the user on Facebook – no landing page).
Page:
Select the Facebook Page you created.
Conversion Location:
Make sure it says Instant Forms.
Daily Budget:
Set something simple like $5–$20/day to start.
Schedule:
Start date = today
End date optional (you can leave it open).
Audience:
Start with broad or simple interest targeting based on your niche.
Example:
Country: where your offer is valid
Age: 21–55
Interests: “online business,” “side hustle,” “influencer,” “fitness,” etc.
Keep it simple at first.
Placements:
Choose Automatic Placements to let Facebook test where it performs best (Feed, Reels, etc.).
Click Next.
Now you’re at the Ad level.
Choose your Facebook Page (again).
Under Ad Setup, select Single Image or Video.
Upload:
A strong image of your AI influencer
Or a short video (Reel-style)
Fill out your Primary Text (the ad caption/message).
This should explain clearly:
What they get
Who it’s for
Why they should sign up now
Add a Headline (short & punchy).
Example: “Get Our Free AI Influencer Playbook”
Call To Action:
Choose “Sign Up”, “Learn More”, or similar.
This is where the magic happens:
The form pops up inside Facebook when someone taps your ad.
Under Instant Form, click Create Form.
Choose More Volume (for easier, cheaper leads) to start.
Give your form a Name (e.g. “AI Influencer Lead Form”).
Intro Section:
Add a short description of what they’re getting.
Example: “Get instant access to our AI Influencer Getting Started Guide.”
Questions:
By default, Facebook adds:
Full name
You can also add:
Phone number
Custom question (if needed, but keep it short).
Privacy Policy:
Add a link to your website’s privacy policy.
(This can be a simple privacy page you host anywhere.)
Completion Message:
Simple thank you note like:
“Thank you! Check your email in the next few minutes.”
You can also add a “Visit Website” button that points to:
Your main site
Your social media
Or a “learn more” page
Click Publish to save the form.
Now your ad will open this form when people click it — no landing page needed.
Once the ad is ready, you need to make sure leads don’t just sit in Facebook.
Facebook Lead → LeadsBridge → CRM
In LeadsBridge:
Choose Facebook Lead Ads as the source.
Choose GoHighLevel (or your CRM) as the destination.
Map fields:
Name → Name
Email → Email
Phone → Phone
In your CRM (like GoHighLevel):
Set up:
A pipeline OR tag for “New FB Lead”
An automation (workflow) that sends:
Welcome email
SMS
Or both
Now every time someone fills your lead form, they auto-drop into your CRM and your follow-up starts instantly.
Before you launch, you want your ad message to be strong, not random.
Look at other ads in your niche:
Use Facebook Ad Library (search your niche or competitors).
Gather ideas:
What hooks are they using?
What promises?
What pain points?
Rewrite them in your own words, but with your influencer as the face and voice.
Make your message clear:
Who it’s for
What problem you solve
What they get when they sign up
This is how you use your AI influencer as a front-end attention grabber, while Facebook Lead Ads and your CRM do the back-end work.
