Excellent prompts and negatives account for 60–80% of final quality before any ControlNet, LoRA, or inpainting is applied. Mastering this now sets the foundation for everything that follows.

1. Subject + Core Identity
   Start with realism tag + age/ethnicity/physique + nudity state.

2. Detailed Physical Description
   Focus on skin, body nuances, explicit elements. Use weights for emphasis.

3. Pose, Expression & Action
   Make it dynamic and seductive without being vague.

   Ground the scene in a believable, luxurious setting.

Common Prompt Mistakes to Avoid

• Keyword stuffing (listing 50 tags) → makes output chaotic
• Vague descriptors ("beautiful", "sexy") → model ignores or defaults to generic
• No negatives → guarantees deformities in explicit content
• Ignoring native resolution → upscale artifacts ruin detail
